Returns & Exchanges

At SERENEDE, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes to monitor your return's progress.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
